If you are 50 or over or
on disability, we invite you to join our HealthRewards
program. Your membership will entitle you to discounts
on certain hospital services and at area businesses as
well as community education programs, social activities
and travel opportunities.
A single membership is $20
annually while a single plus one membership (spouse,
relative, friend) is $35 annually. To join HealthRewards
